President and Creative Director
Sophie Gagnon, founder and director of Communications Studiogrif, holds a degree in advertising from the University of Montreal and a degree in graphic design from UQAM. She is creative, dynamic, dedicated, and passionate, always driven by her desire to help clients strengthen their company’s brand image while highlighting their strengths.
With over 25 years of experience in creating communication campaigns and managing brand image, she has mastered the art of combining impactful creative work with innovative strategies to bring her clients’ vision to life.
Copywriter
With a college degree in literature and communications, project management skills, and experience in copywriting, Margot is a true “Swiss Army knife” of a professional. She began her career in 2012 and entered the agency world in 2014, first in client services and then in creative.
Margot respects the expertise of each member of her team and always strives to make life easier for the people she works with, whether colleagues or clients. A passionate creative, she approaches every project—regardless of its nature or scope—with the same enthusiasm.
Project Manager, Client Relations, and Social Media Manager
After completing a certificate in organizational leadership at HEC Montréal, Emilie entered the world of advertising agencies. She has worked in various areas of marketing, including web design, brand design, and digital marketing. Through these experiences, she has developed her skills in strategy, development, digital campaign analysis, and customer service.
Thanks to her solution-oriented approach, Emilie is an asset to both her team and the clients she supports.
Graphic Designer
With a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from UQAM, Katherine is thoughtful and attentive, and her personality shines through in all her projects, big and small. Driven by a desire to create appealing graphic solutions that serve a purpose, she continually nurtures her passion and curiosity to grow in the field of design.
Dedicated and hardworking, Katherine is known within the Studiogrif team as a meticulous creative whom everyone can count on, no matter the project.
Multimedia Graphic Designer
Film, communications, graphic design, web design: Gwendoline earned several degrees before beginning her career as a graphic designer in 2019. She enjoys understanding the objective behind a client’s request, which allows her to deliver a result tailored to their needs.
A firm believer in sharing knowledge, she enjoys learning from her colleagues, collaborators, and clients. Always ready to lend a hand, Gwendoline is a strong ally to the entire Studiogrif team.

Since the beginning of her career, Catherine has worked in the world of marketing agencies. There, she has developed expertise in graphic design while honing her project management skills. From computer graphics to design and illustration, Catherine possesses a skill set that spans both web and print media.
